Return Policy
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be made in a sturdy box. Returns sent in envelopes or padded envelopes will be refused due to potential crushing and damage during transit. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items damaged in transit during return are customer’s responsibility.

Before shipping your jewelry back, we ask that you call or email us with the reasons for the return, at which time we will issue a return authorization number. Please securely package your item(s), and write this number clearly on the front of the box so that we can process the return quickly and efficiently.
